Microsoft store and xbox app just wont work.

I cannot get the functionality of microsoft store nor xbox app. When i enter microsoft store i see apps with no images but it takes ages, way longer than it used to, to load to begin with. Same with XBOX app and when i try to download something it keeps on saying "something happened at our end". In the xbox app i cant download any apps and when i try, it ends up trying to download and just being stuck at that, not downloading at all for hours. I tried resetting microsoft store and the xbox app, wsreset, DSIM, and i even recently formatted by entire laptop and yet it does not work. I do not understand why that is happening but considering ive lost all my apps now and it still does not work i really need help.

Sorry to hear about your issue with the MS store and Xbox app. Let’s try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly check if you have any pending updates using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... or select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

Hi, will this work in pretoria South Africa and the microsoft rewards app wont update and it isnt on the microsoft store for me

thanks for the reply but its not letting me sign in on the Microsoft store, Xbox app and the companion app. when i press the sign in button on Microsoft store nothing happens and on the xbox app and companion app, i press sign in to xbox live and for a split second something try's to load but instantly closes itself. as i said I've tried repairing uninstalling but it still wont work.

The account that made the purchase most log in the Microsoft store app, and get the new launcher, it's free, that Microsoft store wont show the purchase of Minecraft if was trough Mojang site but will work trough the launcher

Microsoft wont place apps on the store if it is ilegal as they can have serious consequences of they do. Thats just my opinion.
