Microsoft store and Minecraft, says I owned the game but when open I cant?

Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the order transaction for the game and if it's also showing as "completed"?

Once confirmed, on that page, click your profile icon on the top right corner then copy or take note of the Microsoft email address that you will see (make sure that it's correct, especially the domain).

Once you have it, sign out on your Xbox App and Microsoft Store App then sign back in using the Microsoft email address that you have copied.

If that didn't work, please follow the steps below:

"1. Search and launch "Windows PowerShell"

2. Right-click and "Run as administrator".

3. Type this command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

4. After that, enter this command and press enter again.

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

5. Install the Gaming Services.

6. Restart your PC."

im on a pc, for minecraft i just cant open the launcher and whe i go to the website it says i dont own it

and for FH5 when i open it its stuck on the sign in screen

I tried the steps you provided, but nothing changed, still get the 0x803f8001 error.

It seems that minecraft game versions are messed up in the microsoft store for xbox. Becase when I select "open in store" option in the 0x803f8001 error dialog it opens the minecraft version which is available only through game pass and even not installed on my xbox (as additional game info showing).

And one more strange thing - in the list of owned games on xbox the minecraft is missing (and the other games I bought are present). But when I check on PC the https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/minecraft/9nblggh537bl it is showing like "Install. You own this"

Actually yes I do. My game for some reason now opens normally BUT when it opens it says to ''unlock the full game'' even though I'm logged in in my account that has minecraft, and when I click the buy button it takes me to microsoft store for minecraft which I can't buy because I own it already. The game seems to fluctuate between these two issues, One minute I can't open the game after closing it and another when It actually opens it makes it seem like I don't own the game. I am at a loss for words now I am so frustrated with how annoying this is I literally reinstalled both the game and the launcher multiple times and can't even play a game I own.

You would need to purchase the PC version of Minecraft in order to play it on PC.
