Microsoft Store and Forza 6 will not update

Hi All, I really hope someone can help, I am new to XBOX but I recently bought a second hand 1tb XBOX One in superb condition, I had a Forza 3 disc which I installed and updated fine, I bought Fifa 18 from xbox online store and installed it and play it fine,
I also have a Forza 6 Disc which I seem to have issues with, if I go 'offline' I can install the Forza 6 disc to 100% but then needs an update, but when online it does not update and stays at 0.0% but the other thing is I also have Microsoft Store that wants
to update but does not either and they both stay in the queue at 0.0%, I got through to XBOX support who suggested a hard reset which I did, I then re-set everything back up and I still have the same problem with Microsoft Store and Forza 6 :-(

Can anyone help . . .

I have a similar problem, did you fix it ? if I go 'offline' I can install the Forza 6 disc to 100% but it then wants to update, but when online it does not update and stays at 0.0% and I cannot play the game, the other strange thing is Microsoft Store also

I was looking again in the store, Forza 6 and Forza Hub.

Still do not have a car from Fallout

Hi!

Try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs. Then delete your profile from the console and download it again. It may happen that corrupt data on your profile causes such problems.

Hi DominumStige, Yeah I cleared the cache and did a hard reset and re-set it all back up and re-installed everything etc and its still the same

Forza cannot be opened anymore (the error popup window redirects to the ms-store which forza cannot be opened from either), and the xbox launcher won't launch. Microsoft Store looking for updates runs forever.

UPDATE:
I reinstalled Xbox GameServices and now the game starts again with the error code 0x12c as before
