Hi allemaal

Ik gebruik momenteel twee Microsoft accounts.

Het probleem waar ik mee zit is dat ik via account 1 aankopen heb gedaan in de Microsoft store waaronder Xbox games. Deze games heb ik thuis op een harde schijf staan.

Nu was mijn vraag: wanneer ik op Xbox Live speel, met Microsoft account 2, kan ik dan alle games nog wel spelen die zijn aangekocht via account 1? Of heb ik die toegang dan niet meer omdat ik de eigenaar niet ben van deze games via account 2?

Thanks for your post! You can share content from one profile to an entire console using the Home Xbox feature, allowing you to play your games from another profile without repurchasing them. For information on this feature and how to use it, check out this

It should go by the day you made the purchase, not the day the money is actually taken out. So you'll be charged the sale price.

Try purchasing the game from the webs store instead or from the Microsoft Store on Windows 10. You should be able to get them that way, and still play the games on the Xbox One. Here is the link for the Arkham Collection https://bit.ly/3cOrLrT

Bear in mind though, if you have already played the Arkham games on the Xbox One, then these are just the same games just bundled together in a pack.

I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

I know that. That is not my issue. I purchased ingame currency from Microsoft Store. It's not on my PC account. It is supposedly only available on my Xbox account even though it's the same Fortnite account. So I tried to access the currency on Xbox but
couldn't get online.
