Microsoft STOLE my game!

Last year I purchased Lego Marvel Superheroes from the microsoft store as my first digital purchase for my shiny new xbox one. I loved the game and the system but long story short i had to sell the xbox cause i was short on cash. Yesterday i re bought a
new xbox one and downloaded all previous games including lego marvel superheroes and today when i turned on the console the game was still in the que and in my games so i uninstalled the one in the que and poof my game was gone and not listed in my ready
to install column either. I called microsoft support and they cant find any record of my purchase. I was on the phone with Dave from customer support and all he could do was offer me a 30 token to xbox live Even though they did have a record of me playing
it they needed proof from a year ago i bought it from there store when they were the ones who lost my info. So bottom line is I paid for a game and when their system glitched me out of having it anymore they stole it from me. I will NEVER Ever buy from their
bs store again. If it happened once it will happen again. I will only buy physical games in future. I am so *** off with microsoft right now i feel like returning the xbox one and getting a ps4 instead. I never had an issue with sony.

I know that Microsoft cannot track a stolen console but how would i report my xbox one stolen so that Microsoft can at least flag and ban my console from being used online

I hear where you're coming from. On the contrary the grass isn't any greener on the other side as they say. Sony stole from me in pretty much the same manor but with no offer of a refund, in fact they didn't even feel the need to talk with me. I was constantly
hung up on and lied to. That's a story for another time however. Onto your problem.

My first couple of thoughts as to proof of purchase are, 1) Bank statement and 2) Microsoft account purchase history. Are you able to provide proof of purchase through either of these avenues? If so simply inform Support that you have proof and would like
the game to be put back onto your games list.
