Microsoft stole my controller

Update. they just stole my controller. I spoke with a supervisor and they told me that they can not do anything about it. be careful guys with this people. they steal from hard working people. they just stole 60 dollars from me. lol. so amazing how the people

If you log in at https://account.microsoft.com you can see your billing history, which would also show where the money went, including if the money was expiring Microsoft Points.

I hear where you're coming from. On the contrary the grass isn't any greener on the other side as they say. Sony stole from me in pretty much the same manor but with no offer of a refund, in fact they didn't even feel the need to talk with me. I was constantly
hung up on and lied to. That's a story for another time however. Onto your problem.

My first couple of thoughts as to proof of purchase are, 1) Bank statement and 2) Microsoft account purchase history. Are you able to provide proof of purchase through either of these avenues? If so simply inform Support that you have proof and would like
the game to be put back onto your games list.
