    my account has always been the same. there was an update and then I was logged out and was made to put my sign in info back in. so I did and now this
    (Mod Removed-Profanity) states that my email is right, my gamertage is right but my password is not which I have had this password for years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its never changed ever!!!!!!!!!!! but now it is wrong and they are making me try
    and recover it but low and behold even with my social security number and credit card number and home address birth date and serial number of console this company will not give me my account back. they over the phone verified all of this info but because I
    don't know my password I don't get my account and when they stupidly say go to recover page to reset it I have to reenter all this info again just for these
    (Mod Removed-Profanity) to say sorry you are not who you say you are we suggest you make a new account and learn from your mistakes. MICROSOFT STOLE MY ACCOIUNT!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE YEARS OF PLAY AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS SPENT ON THIS CORRUPT COMPANY
    AND THEY STOLE MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!! does anyone know how to make Microsoft give me back my account?

    Xbox live accout stolen and migrated to Brazil 4 months ago!

    OH. MY. GOD. Thank you Toasty, Thank you BIllowypanther! I feel like I have been living in a twilight zone episode! I just counted the days since I reported my exact. same. issue. My account was stolen from me and migrated to Brazil. Purchases were made
    after I had reported the account stolen to xbox live. Money was taken out of my bank account by thieves, via purchases made on my stolen account. It has now been 100 days today since I reported the problem on August 28th. No resolution. No contact from MIcrosoft.
    I call in regularly and can not even reach a supervisor. Now me, a paying, loyal Microsoft consumer has been hung out to dry while the multi-billion corporation who was in custody of my identity and debit card information (which I had registered with them
    over the phone directly through Microsoft support) is taking 100 days to chase some punk in Brazil and sticking me with a bill like I can afford it.

    Why do I have to pay to unlock my account???

    Sorry it's not a billing issue. My account has been stolen, and Microsoft support has charged me to restore my accounts but that didn't happen. Now I can't access anything to do with the email address and my Live account has been stolen?? As of right now
    I can't even log on to my PC and support is once again trying to fix it. How was this my fault, and why am I being charges?

    Account hacking.

    They are not going to help you. They will open a case for you and tell you that they will resolve the problem in up to three weeks but they won't do such a thing. They stole my account since No.2, and I am still waiting. They said they will cancel my account
    but they never did. Since then, the hacker has made three diferent purchases with my account, and stole more than 3000 Microsoft points. Microsoft don't want to recognize this but they have two big problems. First, there is a hacking problem concerning the
    xbox live accounts. Second, their customer support regarding these problems is poor and minimum.

    There are some websites that are starting to talk about the hacking accounts problem. I hope that can open Microsoft eyes and start treeting us with respect and fairness.

    No one besides me. Someone just stole my account to buy fifa players and then sell them on ebay. It is a well known hack. I pissed that microsoft is doing nothing with it.
