    Hello. About a year ago,I bought Sonic Unleashed on demand.I got rid of it for a new game because there wasn't enough space on my xbox.I got a new flash drive and I want to RE-download the game but when I went to go RE-download it,it said"Purchase for $19.99"emphasis
    on "RE". This isn't fair.I bought the game and I have proof too.I want my game back.AND it never gave me a refund either.This shows that Microsoft stole money from me.I want my game back now.Please fix this.Thank You. I edited the picture for security reasons.

    Someone stole money from me

    Someone has gotten into my account and spent money from my account also I had no idea of this. The money went to a game called Watch dogs 2 a game I don't even know I notice last week when I was downloading a free game a downloadable content from the game
    so I was confused. Can anyone help me get my money back and to set my xbox one back to my home xbox

    Before the switch to real currency from MS points, I had over 1600 ms points. Now that I am looking to get a game, Microsoft tells me I only have $1.16 now. What gives? Where did all of my money go?

    Contact support via phone and explain the situation to them. They'll be able to figure out why you're unable to re-download the game and will be better able to help resolve the issue.

    It happened to me once before when they had the Fable 2 episode packs on the marketplace.

    Also, are you trying to re-download it from the marketplace or from your previous purchases page in your account settings?

    Go to "accounts" on the right of your dash,then download history & you will be able to re download the game from there without having to pay again as long as your using the same account that purchased to game in the first place.

    Game Room packs have disappeared!

    This issue will never be resolved, as there is no longer a server to support Game Room. The Microsoft corp. wants us to forget that they stole our money, and move on. Why this thread is still open is beyond me. Mark it as solved (we stole your money) and

    subscription issues.

    The best way to request a call back from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

    1. Sign in at xbox.com.
    2. Select Contact Us.
    3. Choose your category. (In this case, Billing & accounts.)
    4. Select "See other options" when presented the virtual agent.
    5. Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Payment & Billing, then Show contact options.)
    6. Select to Request a call from Support.

    Those steps will get you to a real person who can assist you further.
