Microsoft stole money from me, no customer support available for billing issues

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

After two EXHAUSTING hours on the phone with support, 3 different associates (presumably from different departments), and one disconnect, I come to find out that this is an issue with the developer, that apparently was not in the wind from Microsoft yet.

Of course, the only support option available from Activision is chatting with an ambassador..another gamer.

Well......I guess Microsoft doesn't care about their customers. Make it easy to take their money, but difficult to give it back. I guess they can keep the money they stole from me. They just lost a customer though. Not that they care.

This issue will never be resolved, as there is no longer a server to support Game Room. The Microsoft corp. wants us to forget that they stole our money, and move on. Why this thread is still open is beyond me. Mark it as solved (we stole your money) and
close it.

Go to "accounts" on the right of your dash,then download history & you will be able to re download the game from there without having to pay again as long as your using the same account that purchased to game in the first place.
