Microsoft stole from me

I recently added money to my credit card and tried to subscribe to the xbox game pass but when i clicked subscribe it gave and error and didnt work and when i checked my credit card it took the money and didnt give the game pass what do i do i need help?

I know 80 microsoft point equal a dollar, which means your entitled to 20 dollars. You should call microsoft right way. If you live in United Status Xbox Support number is

subscription issues.

The best way to request a call back from a member of our support team is from the Contact Us section on the bottom of any of our support pages.

Sign in at xbox.com.
Select Contact Us.
Choose your category. (In this case, Billing & accounts.)
Select "See other options" when presented the virtual agent.
Pick a topic. ( In this case, I'd go with Payment & Billing, then Show contact options.)
Select to Request a call from Support.

Those steps will get you to a real person who can assist you further.

Have you tried signing out then back in again this sometimes happens and needs a refresh. If it doesn't give you the membership Microsoft will not take the money out. You can always check by logging in to xbox.com and checking purchase history.
