Microsoft Stole from Bank Account

Here I am trying to renew my Gold membership, I get a prepaid card and put it into my Microsoft account. 15 dollars that I planned on using to get another month with $5 left over. I put in my new bank info from a card I'm now using for information purposes
and low and behold I still have 15 dollars in my Microsoft account... after I SPECIFICALLY wanted to buy from that account and instead charges my bank... which btw had only three dollars. Etc Microsoft, care to explain why I'm overdrawn now?

Microsoft stole my money!! I found several unauthorized charges in my bank account and was refused a refund! Pay close attention to your Microsoft billing and your bank account !!

No one from Microsoft reads this forum so i'll explain.

You didn't turn of auto renewal & you can't use money in your Microsoft account to pay for live,it has to be either a credit/debit card or paypal.

You authorized any and all charges when you confirmed everything when you sign up on subscription, and add your card. They did not "steal it" you authorized it.. Unless your child, brother, sister, anybody 'stole' your card and added it without your permission.
Then you can get your money back by pressing charges for fraud

You are welcome. Well, if you got a new credit card (new number, new cvv, new everything) then this might be an unauthorized charge from someone that stoled your credit card information.

Either way, if you cannot access the account, you would need to contact your bank or credit card company to request them to stop all futures charges from Microsoft/Xbox.

If you do not have a Microsoft account with an active subscription or service and you did not purchase anything from Microsoft, meaning this is really an unauthorized charge, I would suggest you to contact your bank or credit card company, dispute the charge and request them to stop all future payments from Microsoft. For even more security, you could also ask them to cancel your credit card and give you a new one, since the person that stole your credit card information could use it on another websites too.

I understand your frustration. This was probably done by someone who stole your bank account or credit card information and used it to purchase a service or subscription from Microsoft. I'm sorry about this.
