    So Hello guys before posting facebook and media (how UN SECURE VIsa is a big title for this days in my area) I wil share with you!

    Watch OUT Microsoft is like other site and company thet will do FALSE transaction and will be very un happy to refund you.

    It started with false transaction thet they did from Microsoft Ireland for 20$.

    I tried to contact the chat support 4 time until succeed, after he explained that the Xbox software is so smart the it was an double automatic renew subscription the did the false transaction, by the way for the last 3 month it haven't!!

    So he explained me this, he connected me to the supervisor for an word or something, and then he said that the refund will proceed in 72 hours.

    After past almost 6 days I contacted the chat support again , and now it starting to be interesting.

    The second agent Sayed that the first one never did the refund . And start to argue with me about that the refund will never will be proceed because the canled the transaction and it is all that needed and couple of time he said that I even NEVER get any
    transaction that took money from me , and told me some smart *** words why it is like that. After an hour of ARGUE! he told me that yes now he see it but it in Ireland currency and for me in my currency is different and

    I will get only 37 ILS(amount that smaller then 10$). After another hour of ARGUE!! he accepted (FOR GOD SAKE) to receive an screen shot to his email.

    I sanded an screen shot with my PRIVATE transaction history and convicted him that Microsoft did make transaction for 20$, he started to say something about that its not only was double subscription! It is was an double subscription AND double transaction.

    SO after FALSE transaction of ONLY 20$ , ``word with manager`` , promises of the agent to refund me in 72 hours, couple of hours that lost, 5 days waited. I get the information that I was never proceed any refund because they was lying. And the new agent
    is telling me that i never had an transaction from Microsoft , i was needed to argue for couple of hours to convince him!

    AFTER ALL THET HE SAID LIKE THE LAST ONE DONT WORY I PROCEED AN REFOUND! oh and he said he will keep his promise. o rly?!?!!?

    I LOST MANY HOURS THAT ALMOST AN WHOLE WORKING DAY FOR ME, ALOT OF NERVES WAS BURNED TO ARGUE THOSE ``AGENTS``, 20 $ THAT I DONT SURE I WILL GET AT ANY TIME SOON.. AND THE MOST FUNNY THING THAT THE SECOND ``AGENT`` WAS TRYING CONVISE ME FOR TWO HOURS THET
    I NEVER HAD TRANSACTION FROM THEM!!!!!

    SO GUYS XBOX LOST IN EXCLUSIVE GAMING LOST IN GRAPHICS LOST AT SERVICE AND LOST ANY TRUST IN THE BILLINGS!

    THIS TIME IAM NOTICED WHAT WAS IN THE PAST YEAR GOD KNOWS!! GUYS XBOX NEVER AGAIN!!!

    My friend was recently burgled and his xbox was stolen. Dose anyone have any tips on how to secure his account and make sure its not used/abused as well as credit card info. Should he call microsoft and tell them it was stolen?

    Sorry you're having some billing issues with your account. First and foremost, please do not post any personal info including support ticket numbers to the forums. These forums are highly community driven and personal info could be insecure for you. Without
    someone looking at your account, which unfortunately no one on the forums can do, it's very hard to say you were charged this, and this is why. Normally you cannot have two subscriptions on one account. You can add time, and pay for extra time, but it's not
    going to be multiple subscriptions all rolling at once.

    I would suggest going to
    https://account.microsoft.com
    clicking your order history to see what you've paid for online. Likewise you can go to Services and Subscriptions to see what subscriptions are active and when they will renew (if they auto-renew). If you do find there has
    been a billing error based off of the info there, then I would suggest contacting customer service back using this link. Hopefully an agent that can verify your identity and access your account
    can provide you with the info you need and process any refunds you were owed due to billing issues.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you pre-ordered RDR2 and didn't realise when your card was going to be charged. Since the charge was connected to RDR2, it was dealt with by your credit card company, and subsequently cancelled by MS.

    Gift card balances cannot be refunded, to my knowledge, only payments via PayPal or Credit Card. It might be worth contacting Support over the phone again, to see if this can be raised higher, but I cannot guarantee any outcome.

    As Randy explained the way pre orders work, you were charged $61.00 on your card at that time there had to been a small charge from your currency also. As the special edition is $80-100. We recommend checking the order history find the $61 charge it will
    most likely say charge back now also on that day look and see if there was currency used. This will help you understand it a little better. As others stated you will need to get with support as none here can look into your account to see what is going on.
