Microsoft still letting hackers rule

so basically a hacker on black ops 2 hacked my IP address and stopped me getting onto Xbox life for over 2 hours and all I was told by Microsoft support was to file a complaint on their profile yet it's illegal to hack IP address and the fact I pay for protection
against these people by paying for live seems a bit pointless to me as they still rule over Microsoft even when Microsoft say their taking precautions against the hackers if anyone has any advice on what I can do then let me know!

Account last logged on another console

Fifa 12 hackers I guess, Account is supposedly locked yet the hackers are still spending my microsoft points.. EA and their plaintext passwords...

Sorry to hear you're upset. However, the only way that the PET can effectively police Live is via reports when people are found doing something against the ToU and CoC of the service. Don't forget to block and avoid them as well so they cannot contact
you again.

In the meantime, if you get knocked offline again be sure to power cycle your modem by unplugging it for about 5 seconds. This will reset the service so you can get back online again. Also, be sure to report the attack to your ISP so they can investigate
it from their end as well.

It doesn't let me change my email address at all it only let me change password and the hacker still does acces the gamertag.Is there another way to fix this hacker problem or should be more strict rules regarding websites that has the hacker/person who
looking for gold membership.

Both of those Call of Duty games still allow you to play online. Hackers/Modders aren't fun to deal with but they are out there follow the tips from the other comment's above and always report them for abusing the rules.
