Microsoft still charging me!

Microsoft charged me twice this month! I havent had an xbox since march of 2018. Theyve been charging me for about a year now! Im always getting the run around, or its always the same loop going about the problem! A total of $127 is owed to me! I dont
know what else to do!?

What happened to your system? Did you trade it in? This might be someone who bought your system then got access to your account and has been using it.

The amount you said is about the price of two full priced games in the U.S with Taxes and maybe a month of gold added on.

I'm assuming the charge is Xbox Live Gold. You can unsubscribe here.

You could also remove your payment method by following these steps.

If this still persists, then I'm afraid a call fo Xbox support would be worth your time.

You can login to your account and turn off the renew option and remove the payment method that is being charged. To attempt to get a refund you are gong to have to contact Microsoft.

I called my bank & they said they dont have anything to do with that since microsoft is the one taking my money
