    Microsoft stealing from my bank account!


    Let me start off by saying I have been a member for over 6 years now to Microsoft and I am always having problems left and right. Tonight I added my visa debit card to the xbox site and purchased a 1 month xbox live membership because I will not be needing
    a year subscription due to myself leaving for Army Basic training in mid September. I bought a 1 month and I get online my xbox and it still says I don't have xbox live... So I go to my bank account online and I see that the 9.99 HAS been taken out. So
    where did it go? If I didn't buy my 1 month subscription then WTH did I buy? I have the email confirmation from Microsoft and bank account information to prove that I did in fact buy a 1 month subscription for 9.99 and from what I see I don't have any gold
    privileges. So the way I see it is. Microsoft and Xbox are stealing from me right now and I have all the information and proof to prove it. If this doesn't get fixed in the next 24 hours you can count me and my family out of the Xbox family.

    did you do what the other poster suggested and test the connection or another thing to do is to redownload your profile. and for future reference do not create duplicate threads there was no need to even create this one a mere 2 minutes after your other
    one.

    Thats why i like to buy gift cards for xbox live gold, they work und you dont have to add a card or payment option. By the way, remember to disable the automatic renewal or theyll charge you automaticly after your month for the next and so on .

    You're showing as gold so you do have a subscription. When you add gold via the website, there is a delay before the console recognizes it. To speed up the process, try testing your connection on the console.
