Microsoft spending shows up computer but not through Xbox

Discus and support Microsoft spending shows up computer but not through Xbox in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I added $15 to my sons account through mircosoft online using a computer...but its not showing up on his xbox.     Microsoft spending shows up computer but not through Xbox


    I added $15 to my sons account through mircosoft online using a computer...but its not showing up on his xbox. Ive never had a problem with it showing up on his end. We restarted it, refreshed, any other ideas???

    The bill states thats its “credit to microsoft acct”

    This happening to me to. What he means is it doesn't come up on the computer. It doesn't show up at all! It only shows up on my computer! It did this as soopn as I formatted it on my xbox one... Im starting to get *** of because this is ridicules. I bet
    Microsoft did this on purpose!

    Hello check on your microsoft billing and see if the order went through?? I actually just purchased this game. My order didnt go through via my cellphone and I had to order via my computer. Just make sure it shows up on your billing side of things and
    make sure new payment was taken from account.
