    Microsoft solitare collection counts incorrect solving times with the would tour games from ...


    I tried to play microsoft solitare collection, world tour, today, in xbox with windows10, i.e. tripeaks game with the newly issued outlay and I realized that the counted time is totally incorrect. I solved the charts under 60 seconds, some of them in 2 minutes
    or less and at the end they registered more than 3 hours for the 20 games instead of the max. 50 minutes that I used up. Can it be that the new design and modification contains failures??? How can I ask this from Microsoft. Is there anyone who could help
    me. Thank a lot

    Everytime i turn my computer off then back on microsoft solitare collection goes back to original from Microsoft solitare collection ,I use jumbo, never had this problem until update windows 10 version 1803. Pleas help

    Yes, it seems so. I've tried opening Microsoft Solitare Collection and it logs in just fine to the Xbox gaming service.

    No problem at all. This link will take you to a page that details what is included in the Microsoft Solitare Collection: Microsoft Casual Games

    In order to receive no ads when playing, you have to purchase the premium subscription for the entire collection or for whichever game you'd like to not have ads in.

    Hi DustBunnyExterminator!

    Microsoft Solitare Collection is not an Ad-Free game, it suppose to show you ads in order to play,

    however it has a "Subscribe to Premium" option which has no advertisements and other features.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your MS Solitaire collection. Since you've already paid for the premium, and now are not seeing that rating since reinstallation of the game, I
    recommend that you ensure that you're signing into the game with the exact same credentials as you had prior to removing the game from your computer.

    You can
    view your purchase history     in your account to ensure that the payment/purchase for that access is listed there:

    1. Sign in to the
      Payment & billing       page with your Microsoft account.

      Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the
      Lost Account Solution       or the
      Lost Password Solution      .
    2. Compare your purchase history to your bank or credit card statement.

    If you do not see that purchase listed in the account, then you may have made the purchase under a different Microsoft Account. If you're unsure about whether or not you have a different MS Account, you can always
    request a call back from Xbox Support and they'd be happy to help you out with finding that information, if possible.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
