    Microsoft Solitaire


    for a couple of days now, when I play Microsoft Solitaire, when time spent means another commercial, the commercial plays and then kicks me out to my home screen. If I go back in, it plays another commercial and then kicks me out to my home screen again.
    Help, please - this is so frustrating!

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    I have the same problems. I can't play anymore. The commercial kicks me out of my screen or is freezing.

    Help please !!!

    Problème avec les pubs : les pubs apparaissent puis disparaissent et nous jettent du jeu en cours ou alors la pub reste figée. Merci pour votre aide !!!!

    Hey all.

    Sorry to hear about the commercial troubles! If you haven't already tried, please try uninstalling the game, restart your PC, and then reinstall it. This should hopefully clear up the commercial loop you're experiencing.

    Keep us updated with how it goes or if you have any other Xbox support questions.

    I'm having the same problem. I've followed Mister Maka's advice and uninstalled Solitaire, restart PC and install Solitaire and still it crashes! I'm on Windows 10 ver 1607 patched upto and including May 2017 fixes.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
