Microsoft Solitaire Windows 10 app problems

My Microsoft Solitaire Windows 10 app has been working perfectly well for over a year but has recently developed a problem. I can open the app only once per session. If I close it and want to open it again, it freezes on the opening screen and stays that way no matter what.

- Closing it and reopening it has not solved the problem.

- A scan of Windows Store apps has not found any problems.

- All drivers have been updated; it hasn't fixed the issue.

- Have checked for updates in Store - no updates.

- Have reset the Windows Store app using cmd; no effect.

- Have reset the app - it opens once after reset, but if you close it, it won't open a second time.

- Uninstall and reinstall - done. It will open once after reinstall but not again.

I think it has been causing problems with my wireless USB hardware connections also though I can't be sure. Basically, the Solitaire app now opens only ONCE per session. If you want to close it and reopen, you have to

- reset the app, or

- reinstall the app, or

- restart the computer.

Any ideas?

this usually indicates an issue signing you in to Xbox Live.

Have you tried the following:

Reset Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
Run the Windows 10 app troubleshooter.
Reset Windows Store cache.
Update the Windows system.
Update Windows Store apps.
