Microsoft Solitaire Win 10 Badges don`t sync from Win8

Hi,

me and a lot of friend from xbl / trueachievements.com had the Problem that the badges don`t sync from the win8 cloud save.

The achievement stats from Win10 only Count the one that earned under win10.

At my statistic i can see all the badges earned from Win8.

A lot of People got the achievements for Gold / Silver / Bronze via Cloud Save...

So the question is: Why didn´t they sync for all? Is there a way to fix it?

Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Playing Microsoft solitaire collection on windows 10. I am always logged in to my xbox account when I play. I have earned 6 bronze, silver, gold and diamond daily challenge badges but the achievement progress in xbox only shows 2 of each badge. Seems it
stopped updating. I look in awards and achievements on win 10 and they all show up but the progress bar in xbox stopped at two. Any ideas?

Windows 8.1 XBox Live not Synching with Windows 10 XBox Live

Never mind. I found the answer to my question. The Win 10 version has a few enhancements added that don't correspond to the Win 8.1 version. It is working as it's supposed to.

I would like to add that I suffered from the same issue where my badge counter is correct, but achievement progress shows only badges earned in the version of the game.

I was told via facebook page of the developers that all stats should migrate from the win8 version to the win10, but that didn't fully occur to me.

I know the game has a lot of bugs, but achievements are a big part of the xbox live community and prevent people from play games that have issues with them.

This is really upsetting to me. I intentionally waited to upgrade to Win 10 so I could finish the badges in Win 8. After finally getting my last one I updated and none of the badges came with it. I had the majority (another bad sign) of the other achievements
but no daily challenge badges. The yearly tracker at the top still counts all the badges I won over the past two years but I am at 0 in Win 10.

I would think with this being the "flagship" Win 10 game, they could have gotten it right. I REALLY do not want to play this game for another year to finish it.

Is there any way to patch this. I would think that a simple counter would be easy enough to implement/fix.

Hi,

I have just logged this ticket with Microsoft and they gave me this ticket:
[Mod Removed]. They told me to log with TrueAchievements.com I am a member there and know that I can't log a call with them and tell me to go straight to Microsoft support again.

This is an issue as I progressed on Win 8 and then got a lot more achievements to only find out that my Win 8 has not updated with unlocking them. It should sync both ways, can this please be fixed?

Hey, everyone! It is by design that not all Windows 8 badges sync with the Windows 10 version. They are separate games, and you will need to complete all items to get the badges in the Windows 10 version.

my do's and don'ts are in the interest of a good game and winning. People that DO snipe from the bushes usually DON"T win many games, and certainly DON"T grab many ACE pins.
