    Microsoft Solitaire will not open


    1. What version & build of Windows are you running? Windows 10
    2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using?
      Dell XPS 8300
    3. About how long ago did you start having this problem? 04/13/2016
    4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games?
      No
    5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens. I checked for updates, I restarted the computer, I powered off and back on, I uninstalled and reinstalled.
      It says it's downloaded but when I click open, nothing happens. I can open every other game, Jigsaw, Bingo etc., but not solitaire.
    6. Please post any other details or notes about your problem here:
      This is not the first time for this program to fail, will this be an ongoing issue?

    microsoft solitaire collection will not open now?

    Microsoft solitaire collection and microsoft jigsaw will not open. Was working fine before?

    Microsoft Solitaire someone else game

    Microsoft Solitaire Spider game in "Xbox" Metro AP "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" occasionally opens with a game in progress that is not mine. It just happened again. My game name is SmurfDad1234. Windows 10.

    I have the same problem. Push icon, but no response. Second time in past 12 months. Do I have to uninstall xbox for windows?

    Microsoft Solitaire will not open .

    Hello my name is zahir a independent advisor.

    Is you pc up to date? Are you launching the game from the xbox pc app?

    Try to dissable anitivirus and runs game as administrator.

    If it is a server problem then try open another ticket. Server problems do take time to resolve,

    X-Box Games: Microsoft Solitaire daily challenge....Can't Sign In!

    I don't know whether this will help anyone, but I wasn't able to sign into Microsoft Solitaire by tapping the Solitaire tile, but I can if I open the Xbox app, then chose Solitaire.

    Can't Sign Back Into Xbox PC Games Nor My Xbox App

    I forgot to include that when I opened my Microsoft Solitaire app today I not only got the Install banner across the screen and IE opened to the link I gave you, but at the same time my IE immersive view browser was opening to that page I saw a command prompt
    window open with the heading or title "taskeng.exe" on the frame of the window not typed in the black field that part was blank, it appeared for 2 seconds then disappeared. All of that happened when I clicked on my Microsoft Solitaire app, I didn't click anything
    else and I didn't open anything before opening solitaire, I turned on my computer, let it load, and went straight to my solitaire app.

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.
