Microsoft Solitaire will not accept sign in

i have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft solitaire. have logged in via xbox app but Microsoft solitaire is sill giving an error message and will not let me play. what is going on??? worked fine yesterday....thank you.

I uninstalled xbox from my computer and now have a problem with solitaire

I inadvertently uninstalled xbox from my computer and now have a problem with Microsoft Solitaire, it continually asks me to sign in but won't accept my sign in and I have to play as a guest with various hiccups. How can I correct this?

Can not access Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw. Tells me can't sign in and get error code 0xc03f00d.

I don't know whether this will help anyone, but I wasn't able to sign into Microsoft Solitaire by tapping the Solitaire tile, but I can if I open the Xbox app, then chose Solitaire.

Hi Sumio,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on how to sign out of the Microsoft Solitaire collection. To do this all you need to do is sign out of the Xbox companion app. This will automatically sign you out of the Microsoft solitaire Collection.
