Microsoft Solitaire star club

Hello all,

If you're unable to open up the Wild West collection, it sounds like your game files are corrupted. This fix has worked for others with the same issue. Uninstall the game and then choose "Restart" from the Shutdown menu. Once your system restarts, press
the Windows Key+R and then type wsreset.exe in the dialog box that opens and click Ok. Once this little program has run, reopen the Windows Store app and reinstall Microsoft Solitaire Collection. You will now be able to open up the Wild West collection.

I subscribed to the Premium (one year) Microsoft Solitaire Collection yesterday after my one month was up. I think it's a rip-off since no second round of Star Club games is available yet. I think those of us who have paid the one year premium should be
reimbursed somehow until they have more games ready. It shouldn't have been advertised or offered if it wasn't ready!

I don't know why they came out with the Star Club games in the first place if they were only going to offer 2 collections and then stop

I'm sorry if you misunderstood what the Premium subscription includes. The Star Club collections are part of the overall game for subscribers and non-subscribers alike. When you clicked on the subscription option, you would have seen this information:

There are new collections in the works for the Star Club, but the developers haven't yet announced when they will be rolled out.

Solved the bonus collection classic and wild west.

In statistics: 390 stars, 220 challenges, 15 packs free, 1 collection, 22 crowns, but only 84% are marked as solved. Why?

 

Dietmar1963, the 84% indicates how many games you finished without losing (i.e. a popup window asking if you want to restart or undo the last move). Even if you choose to undo, it still counts as a loss.

I figured that out after about 1/4 of the games, and was already well below 90%. Afterwards I played with extra carefulness (e.g. redo whenever in danger of losing), and just managed to pull myself back over the 90% mark.

Would like to have a feature to reset this statistic so we can try to get 100%, but I doubt they'd make it happen. You can improve this score when you play more games in future packs though, just remember to avoid the "losing message" at all costs.

I have kept in contact with the devs and they are still preparing more collections, but they haven't decided yet when to launch them...

I have had the third collection, Coral Cove, for awhile now, but am stuck on Pyramid and Hard in the Wild West Collection and in the Coral Cove collection. I wish there were tons more, so I could work on others while trying to figure out the ones I have
yet to accomplish. Any word yet on when that will be and how many they intend to put out?

The dev team is working on getting another Star Club out as soon as possible, they are also working on determining what the cadence will be for going forward. If you would like some helpful hints on how to win the games that are more difficult, please feel

I am having same issues I finally after months finished the wild west but stuck on the last pymaid in classic and forget about cove one I got one more and can not get it there is no way to win that one.

I am actually not replying to this specific thread, but I do have a question I would like answered. All my solitaire collection games are working but the Star Club won't load. Does anyone know what the problem might be and how to rectify it?
