    Microsoft Solitaire ruined AGAIN by Microsoft


    Halfway through the month of Solitaire Daily Challenges and 1 day from world solitaire day and the game is totally screwed again. Store and solitaire appear to have been updated (a "New" sugn against them in the Windows 10 start menu.) but the game will
    no longer run properly. It's the same type of fault that has happened 2 or 3 times before - the title on the page and the icon in htetask bar both flicker and hte game won't respond normally. Today I can't pick up and move a card!

    Microsoft please get your act together!!!

    Microsoft Solitaire someone else game

    Microsoft Solitaire Spider game in "Xbox" Metro AP "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" occasionally opens with a game in progress that is not mine. It just happened again. My game name is SmurfDad1234. Windows 10.

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    No, and I received no help from the Microsoft Pro people either.....they say it's the software, not the Pro. I am not going to ruin my Pro by hard booting it over and over. I will probably just delete the Solitaire collection.

    I just encountered the same issue. I googled, but found no real solution. I'm using the latest version of Windows 10 64bit. Than I uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection through Start \ Settings \ Apps \ Microsoft Solitaire Collection and clicked on
    the button "Remove". Than I removed also XBOX Live. I rebooted my computer (laptop) and I went to the Microsoft Store and searched for Microsoft Solitaire Collection and downloaded / Installed it. Than I clicked on Start \ Microsoft Solitaire Collection (the
    new installed version) and launched it. Than it was auto synchronizing with my XBOX Live account and voila! It's now working again. Fast and smoothly. I hope it will also work on your computer.
