    Microsoft Solitaire Premium Status


    Hi all,

    I have renewed my subscription for Premium Service and yet the adverts at still appearing on my pc.

    Last year, when I first paid for it, the adverts stopped as soon as my subscription was verified.

    I have just contacted Live Chat but they were unable to help me apart from suggesting that I uninstall and re-install the program.

    Can anyone help please? Thanks.

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Same problem here.

    The subscription was renewed but the app doesn't recognize the premium status.

    I have tried to reinstall the app, restarted the phone and updated the payment method of the subscription.

    Nothing had helped so far.

    I have the same problem. Tried everything they suggest on the support pages (like reinstalling and restarting). Microsoft Support didn't answer my request. I feel robbed!
