Discus and support Microsoft Solitaire Premium now showing ads. Not listed as Premium in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Solitaire was working fine on Windows 10 until today.     Microsoft Solitaire Premium now showing ads. Not listed as Premium


    Solitaire was working fine on Windows 10 until today. First it would not let me sign in. Uninstalled, restarted computer, reinstalled and it now signs me in, transferred data, but does not show as Premium.

    Same thing happened with Microsoft Mahjong, but when it transferred the data, it showed as Premium.

    My subscription to both expire at the same time.

    Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks.

    premium edtion not working

    I uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition & reinstalled it, but now it has the ads & won't recognize I am a subscriber or will not let me make another purchase of the premium edition.

    ads on microsoft solitaire premium

    Hi Team - I've got "microsoft solitaire premium edition" running on a windows 10 machine.

    My subscription is valid until October 2018.

    When I launch "solitaire" I get a message advising me to update to premium edition and I

    also get ads trying to sell other microsoft games.

    I purchased premium edition to get away from the rubbish ads not get more of them.

    To clarify, are you referring to Microsoft Solitaire Premium?

    There would be a charge for that, yes. In the in-game menu, if you select "Upgrade to Premium", the pricing for that will show for you there.

    In what games? I see ads on the Solitaire collection as I don't have the premium version, it is annoying but I guess it is how things are now

    if you don't like the ads for a murder mystery game then subscribe to solitaire premium then you won't see ads.

    I now have the Premium Solitaire Collection (I did not want Premium, I want the standard) and it sucks. It can not connect to internet to play daily challenges. Why does Microsoft jam changes down our throats?

    Did Microsoft just create an XBox account for me?

    When you first logged into Microsoft Solitaire Collection, it created a GamerTag/Username to be associated with the Microsoft Account used when opening Microsoft Solitaire Collection. This is used to track your progress(score, badges, achievements, etc).
    This GamerTag is generated randomly and may be changed(1 time for free) if you wish to do so.

    Information on how to change your GamerTag can be found HERE.

    A 1 week free trial of Premium Edition is given when you first sign into Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The Premium Edition grants access to bonus exp, coins, tournaments etc, as well as Ad-Free. At the end of the free trial, you are given the option to
    purchase the Premium Edition subscription or continue to play free, without the Premium features.
