    Microsoft solitaire on ipad


    I used to be able to play this game on my iPad but now I can't sign in as I get an error, "something went wrong, try again or log in via Xbox.com. I have tried logging in via Xbox and the app. I have logged out of both, uninstalled and reinstalled app
    and it still doesn't work.

    Can you please assist.

    Any resolution yet? Same thing happened to me with Microsoft Solitaire PREMIUM (paid annually) app on my iPad!

    Same issue here. I got a new IPad yesterday and can no longer log into XBox live through Solitaire but I can with Microsoft Mahjong.

    I have Microsoft casual games downloaded on two pc's and they both have solitaire, but it is unavailable on both my android phone, and my iPad.

    Why is this, is it a Microsoft thing about PC's only?

    My internet is working fine and all other internet related functions on my ipad are working fine. Microsoft solitaire collection just does not see the internet for the challenges.

    having a similar problem and to make Apple aware of the issue.
