Discus and support Microsoft Solitaire medals not updating "go for silver/gold" achievements in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just started doing the solitaire dailies in August.     Microsoft Solitaire medals not updating "go for silver/gold" achievements


    I just started doing the solitaire dailies in August. That month's medals updated the three medal achievements but September's medals did not. I have 3/2/2/2 for medals but 3/1/1 for the bronze/silver/gold achievements. I've rebooted several times and uninstalled
    solitaire, rebooted and reinstalled with the same numbers persisting. Thank you for your time and constructive assistance with this.

    Awards gone missing for September 2016

    Hi, I am playing Microsoft Sudoku Daily challenges since May 2016. My display ID is ''. Since May 2016 I have consistently won all 3 monthly medals viz. Bronze, Silver as well as Gold. On 23rd December 2016 I won gold medal for December 2016
    which was my 8th Gold medals which is also recorded in my Achievement section by unlocking 'Go For Gold' achievement. However in last 3-4 days my Daily challenge badges section shows that I have not won any medals in September 2016. i.e. my history for games
    played in September 2016 and where I had won all medals seems to be deleted. Requesting you to please restore my game played history for September 2016 and medals for September 2016.

    P.S. I also play Miscrosoft Jigsaw as well as Solitaire and you can compare the history of these games also as a supporting to my claim.

    Reqeusting you to do the needful to correct the situation ASAP.

    Achievement Counters Not Working

    I'm having issues with achievements unlocking. I have 8 gold medals for the daily challenges but the achievement says I only have 7/8. Additionally, the counters for the achievements are not updating

    This will be easy, considering that any silver pug almost guarantees a 5 revive medal and any gold pug game guarantees a 15 revive medal.

    It's 75 kills to get a Gold Weapon Medal, 50 is for Silver and 25 for Bronze.

    Evil is correct. You can even go back and play missions to get you gold medal achievement.

    Mine says I have 4/8 Gold medals and only 3/10 Silver, which obviously isn't possible - as you have to pass through Silver to get to Gold. So yes, it's buggy.
