    Microsoft Solitaire Login from iOS to Android


    I gifted my mom 1 year of Solitaire Premium on her iPad. I've tried everything to login the same account on her Android Phone.

    How do I login the MS Account from her Solitaire game on Android? It's using her icloud email, but it made a completely different gamertag on Android with the same email login. It will not sync, and it will not grant premium on Android, it's acting like it's a separate account.

    On my own Android Device, I can play on Windows, my Laptop, my Android phone, and my Android Tablet no problem.

    We're about to demand a refund and uninstall the game in all possible places, including refunding my own account.
