Microsoft Solitaire Klondike Daily Challenge 7/19/2014

This is making me SO angry, what a big fat waste of friggin time doing these, doesn't register as being complete when done in 85 moves. Also, yesterdays Solitaire game doesn't work either, did 1 stack and doesn't collapse like it's meant to. WTF

 

Me too not working with windows 8 after restart.

 

7/26/2014, 10:00am, still not working. Jacks don't register as completed in less than 95 moves. That requirement that you keep saying has been removed has not been removed, even after restart. Back to the drawing board guys, coffee break is over. Get
to work on this please.

 

I also have windows 8. Try restarting several times and playing, still not working correctly.

This is as of 10:25 Est. Only a few days left for the month, will we end up not getting credit for this?

 

And they seem to be completely ignoring us now. Aha, maybe it's the 'soup nazi' syndrome - we complained and so no game for us.

 

It's the same here as TwirlyComet797 says. The fix still does not work on my Win 8.

Besides, I have a similar problem with the Klondike Daily Challenge July 28th.

I moved 2 eights within 90 moves, but it did not register as my win.

We have only three days to complete all the July daily challenge successfully. Please help me.

 

Exactly the same as ComicVirginia01. Today's July 28 to play 2 8's to the fountain in under 90 moves also does not work. I completed it in 83 moves and nothing happens just like the July 19th scenario.

A response to this and a fix would be great! Please.

 

I am also having this problem with the Jacks not registering on the P.C. July 19 Klondike. Now it seems that the PC July 28 Klondike is having a similar problem in that the eights are not registering as completed.

 

I also played Klondike and met the requirements, but it would not register. I have Windows 8 on a Dell. But again today, Monday, July 28, I completed Klondike with 2 eights in less than the required number of moves, it did not register.

 

The July 19 Klondike is still not fixed. Now the July 28 Klondike has the same problem. I move two 8 to foundation in less than 90 moves and it does not register as a win.

It makes it more frustrating when these are the only 2 games that I have not been able to complete for July.

It seems like Windows 8 users are once again left in the dust. We can't access the Star Collection and now we can't finish our games.

Perhaps one of the moderators should be required to use only Windows 8 so that they can understand the problems that Windows 8 users are having.

 

Same here. What's wrong with Microsoft that they can't do what should be a simple fix.

Also, I've asked before with no reply - what are these coins/ points good for? Personal satisfaction or something else?

 

Same as everyone else. 19th is not working yet and today's (28th) klondike isn't working either.

 

Same as everyone else...Klondike game with 2 Jacks still not working and todays Klondike does the same damn thing Does anyone work at Microsoft or are they just not listening?

Have restarted, signed into Xbox Live and moves challenge is still listed. Having the exact same problem on the July 28th challenge as it is not registering when two eights are played to the foundation in under the moves listed. Since I did successfully
complete both challenges, these difficulties have kept me from 1,000 legitimate coins (one expert, one hard and two daily bonuses).
