    Microsoft Solitaire Glitch


    I am not a premium user. In the past week or so, when the advertisements end, it freezes up and then kicks me completely out of the Solitaire Collection. I am competitive, the exasperating thing is that it does not end the time time recording part of the
    software. I played for only an hour or so but it recorded 4+ hours of play. I placed at 61 in the final top 100. I am normally in the top 100. Had it recorded time correctly, I would have been in the top 25 perhaps. I enjoy the Collection greatly and play
    every day. Please address the issue. Thanks

    Error/glitch in Microsoft Solitair Collection

    Hi I'm having a recurring error/glitch in Microsoft Solitair Collection for a while now and was hoping it would be resolved with the recent Updates.

    My problem seems to occur whenever I get bonus points, like in Pyramid & TriPeaks when I complete a stack or layer a popup appears with "500 points" or whatever and then the game automatically starts all over again, or in some cases closes Microsoft Solitair
    Collection automatically.

    When the game restarts and I get to the point where my problem first occurred the game freezes like for a sec, the popup is displayed with the amount of points I gained but instead of closing down or restarting the game I can somehow continue but now my
    screen flickers with every card I turn, or move I make. My screen goes black, then goes back to show my current playing field and with each move I make it goes black again, and so on...

    I've tried to restore the Windows Store, reinstalled Microsoft Solitair Collection, ran sfc/scannow etc but nothing seem to cure my problem. Can anybody help me out please?

    PS I have Windows 10 Pro fully up to date...

    Solitaire update that dosent exist

    This is happening to me, too, and I had been playing Solitaire for months with no problems. I did not make any changes to my computer. I get the update available notice, log in, it takes me to the store that tells me there are no updates available and then
    it logs me out. If I leave Solitaire open it correctly logs my games played and won, but if I close Solitaire and then go through the sign in/update/sign out glitch, it resets my games back to where I was when the glitch started happening.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
