Microsoft Solitaire Events not available on windows 10 mobile

I have Microsoft Solitaire both on my desktop and on my windows mobile. But while on desktop events are available to play, on mobile it's not even an option. The "events box" doesn't show up at all.

My mobile is Lumia 930, with windows 10.

I have searched but haven't found another issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Solitaire a number of times. It doesn't help. I even downloaded the app troubleshooter from the Store but it won't open on my mobile device.

I am changing to an Android tablet, with premium will I still get the events as well as challenges?

Are solitair events available on Android as well as Microsoft accounts?
