    Just wondering then why that link is not provided as one of the choices when we hit the "contact us" link? Would save everyone a lot of time if it were! I do not even own an Xbox but the choice of a tablet isn't even given. Xbox is the only choice and
    solitaire is a game...so you see our dilemma.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    In regards to this matter, I would verify that your time zone is set to be adjusted automatically, as this can sometimes cause issues with connecting to the game servers.

    I would also implore that you visit the
    Microsoft Casual Games Community    , as they are much better equipped to be able to appropriately cater to you in regards to this matter.

    I'm sorry about any turmoil or confusion this might have caused.

    Trying to play microsoft solitaire collection. Keep getting an error code that isn't found. Says I'm not connected. I have done every troubleshooting and restarted my computer and the game. It still won't work.
