    Microsoft Solitaire, Daily Challenge - will not load after sign in


    On the Microsoft Solitaire console , I can select Daily Challenge, the screen displays Loading, then stops, and exits completely. All other functions (e.g. playing different solitaire games ) appear to be working ok.

    I am only having issues with this account (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) . Other accounts have no issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and changed my microsoft account password.

    Who can I contact for support?

    I am having the same issue but with Microsoft Minesweeper Daily Challenges. I can access the Microsoft Solitaire Daily Challenges.

    microsoft solitaire and mahjong including daily challenges and jigsaw. In fact none of them will load. It goes as far as Play Now and thne the thing that spins but then nothing

    Good day FreakRoach

    I'm playing on my Windows 10 Laptop... When I try to play the Microsoft Mahjong daily challenges, it Pops up the 1170000 error code.. So Cant sign into my Microsoft account on this game...

    I also play the Microsoft Solitaire Collection daily challenges, & can sign in with NO problem ..?
