Microsoft Solitaire Collections won’t load games after signing in

As of 4/26/22 the app works fine on my Apple IPad Touch if I do not sign in. All games load. As soon as I sign in, games start to load with the spinning cards, then the screen turns black with a spinning dot. Only way to get out of the screen is to turn iPad off. Updated iPad, deleted app and reinstalled. No success.

I am having the same problem. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Rebooting has no effect either.

Works on iPhone, so must be something with iPad and only after sign in. Weird! And it is not my iPad that is the problem, since there are others with the same problem.

Yes I understand. Did this error start recently?

Apparently there are some users right now with this problem.

By Ipad or cell phone, there are not many processes in order to solve this error. Just reinstall the app, which you've already done.

As you don't have any other wifi, or mobile network, unfortunately this method is unfeasible.

Or try using another wifi network, please.

Do you have any VPN apps, content blockers and the like? If so, please disable them.
