Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Does anybody know of a fix for error messages 124 and 121003, they indicate no internet connection when there is one. Seems to be a cloud issue.

My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

Unfortunately no luck, nobody seems to know anything about these error codes 121003 and 124 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Seems to be a cloud issue. The message is no internet connection when the computer is connected.

The problem is at microsoft unfortnaly you just have to wait until they fix the issue

Windows Update Troubleshooter.

Just a note, my problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection not Jigsaw.

Unfortunately the FAQ site does not list the error codes in question and the Update Troubleshooter seemed to fix some problem it found but did nothing for the game. It seems to be an international problem with no resolution as yet.

I have tried a number of routes with no success. I doubt there will be a fix, no percentage return for the time spent.
