    Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    This morning a window box opened directing to the Microsoft Facebook Support page regarding an update to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The update stated that my device didn't meet the system requirements. Microsoft 10 version is necessary.

    I was still able to install it again. You see, after upgrading to Win8.1, the Solitaire Collection, Mahjong, and Taptiles wouldn't load and had to uninstall and reinstall them every day. I posted about that issue a long time ago on the forums along with
    a whole bunch of other players who experienced the same problem. Well, I never was able to get the problem resolved and just continued to uninstall & reinstall the three games each day.

    Then about a month ago, the Taptiles game functioned they way it should. I didn't need to uninstall & reinstall it. How or why that happened I haven't a clue because I didn't do anything different that would make it run correctly. Then a the same thing
    occurred the past couple of weeks with the Solitaire Collection and Mahjong but with those two games it's an intermittent situation. One day I can click on them & they'll begin with no problem, and then the next day they won't load again. So, I again have
    to uninstall & reinstall them. All my other Xbox games run smoothly and can't understand why this problem with those games even started and still continue.

    I paid for the Premium Edition to Microsoft and am worried that I won't have access to the Solitaire Collection, if indeed they're requiring a Windows 10 OS.

    If anyone has helpful knowledge regarding this, I'd so appreciate your feedback. Thank you very much in advance for your help and taking the time to read this.

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
