Microsoft Solitaire Collection

it only appears to have this problem when you have updated from win 8 to win 10. my laptop that i updated from win 7 to win 10 does not have this problem. also it happened 12/12 after a system update. my version is 1511 build 10586.36

 

Having the same problem. Did not start right away, I have done everything recommended without success. Microsoft needs to resolve this now

 

Hi since the update a few days ago, when I try to sign into Solitaire Collection i get error code 117000 and whern I try to sign into MS Jigsaw I get error code 00200. Strange that the codes are different and also strange that both stopped after the update.
I just got back MS Jigsaw a few days ago from a previous error after the 3rd December update so I am beginning to get annoyed about it.

 

Hi, I haven't been able to get into any of my Microsoft solitaire games. I keep getting error codes 102_104. Any idea how to resolve this?

I have buy the upload for windows solitaire collection. But I can load the Premium now. The Upload must be on Menu. Is it not.

1170000 for 2 straight days on Solitaire. I've heard about some hack, but we get NO notice and NO support!!!! Why have a game I can't play. PLEASE help!

 

I, too, am having the problem with the Intel Driver crashing when playing Pyramid in the Microsoft Solitaire Daily Challenges. I wish they would fix it. How can I complete the Challenges when Pyramid keeps coming up with that message.

 

I am currently getting the same problem with majong. everytime I attempt to complete the daily challenges it crashes.

 

I also have an issue with Windows 10 Solitaire Collection with my new Surface Pro 4. When I open the Solitaire app it comes up with message "Importing Windows 8 Cloud Data-Importing Saved Cloud Data" then an error is displayed "Cloud data import error -
There was a problem importing cloud saved game data RETRY/CANCEL". Pressing the retry only repeats the error message, pressing the Cancel the box goes away and Solitaire games are ok to play. Any idea how to get rid of this error? I assume it is from my
old SP3 and Windows 8.1. Any help would be appreciated.

 

While playing the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Daily Challenge I notice when it comes to play the Pyramid portion after about 10 - 20 second into it everything freezes and at the bottom right corner I get a message " Display Drivers has stopped responding
and recovered, Intel (R) HD Graphics Driver for Window 8 (R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered" my issue is that it only pops on while playing this particular game. I have Window 10 and have updated the graphics drivers with the latest version
and still having the same problem with Pyramid. When will MS fix this problem?

1170000 - Xbox Live couldn't sign you in. Usually this means that there's a Windows Update that didn't install. Try the following steps:

1.Check to make sure you're connected to the internet.

2.Check to see if Xbox Live services are down. This handy website shows the status:
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

3.If they are all up, go to Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices and sign in with the same account you sign in to on your computer/tablet.

4.If everything is okay there, try restarting your computer/tablet with the "restart" option on the power/shutdown menu. Just clicking the off button or turning off your computer/tablet won't work. It needs to be restarted.

5.If you still can't connect, try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter. That you can get here: go.microsoft.com

6.Check For Updates & install any mandatory, recommended, or optional updates you might have missed. We have detailed instructions further down this note.

7.Restart your computer - all those updates need to finish & you need to restart to make sure they all went through.
