    Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    Dear Sir,

    Newly I have upgraded my windows 8.1 to windows 10, my Microsoft solitaire collection was good to play for few days, but now, I cannot open it, by clicking on app it starts but before loading it closes in 2-3 seconds.

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    I too would be interested in an answer to this problem. I've tried uninstalling and then re-installing to no effect.

    Wow - so much for having dedicated game support over here... clearly Microsoft has no intention of supporting Solitaire after taking my money for a premium subscription!

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Well this is a Microsoft forum isn't it? Does no one from Microsoft even glance at the site? I still cannot use Microsoft Solitaire. It's been six months since the first post on this subject. Am missing something when the forum is Xbox on Windows Support?

    When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

    Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

    Hey all!

    Apologies for the delay. Looks like some of you are experiencing different issues with the game, but so we can best help out first try uninstalling the app and restart your PC completely. Once you restart your PC try downloading the app again to see if you're
    still having trouble.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.
