Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Game started out being fun, played a little over a month with no problems, then I clicked on it today and well it would not even load, it kept going back to my start up screen! I have uninstalled it for now! I might try to install it again
to see if it will load!

My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

This is due to a Windows Update that for some reason didn't get installed. Please do this:

1.Press the Windows key

2.Type in Windows Update

3.Under the search bar you see on the right, choose Check for Updates

4.In the Windows Update screen, press the Check Now button

5.Even if it doesn't seem to find any updates, click on View Details

6.Install any updates you see that haven't been installed- including optional ones

7.Restart using the restart option from the shut down menu.

It is VERY important that you use the restart option and not the sleep or shut down options. You need to manually restart it this way even if the Updates do it for you.
