Microsoft Solitaire Collection Xbox Live Error

I have several Microsoft games that connect to Xbox Live with Windows 10. Microsoft Solitaire Collection gives me a message that says 'We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live. There's a problem with your account. To fix it, go to Xbox.com and sign in.' The
error code that appears is 0x87DD000E. I have searched for this error code and got no results for it.

At first I though it was cause Xbox Live was down. However Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Mahjong, Microsoft Minesweeper and Microsoft Sudoku all connect to my Xbox Live account perfectly fine. Just that Microsoft Solitaire Collection doesn't want to connect
and I am not sure why.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection

When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

Microsoft Solitaire Collection error 0x8015DC0B

 

I am having the same problem with Microsoft Solitaire Collection not being able to sign in and get the error code 0x87DD000E, which doesn't seem to exist in Support Search for error codes. I can get other games, but not Solitaire.

 

I am getting the same thing and I even uninstalled and then reinstalled the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Same result: 0x87DD000E and when I link to the Xbox page, I can sign there just fine, but the game still gives the error. Other Microsoft games (Majong,
Jigsaw, Minesweeper) work fine.

 

And I posted this message at 11:28 AM and it shows as 3:28 PM, which is somewhere around Reykjavik, Iceland I believe.

 

I am having the same problem. It started yesterday and continues.

 

Well, I talked with Xbox Support. They had me update my information then restart my computer. Not sure if updating my information worked, but restarted my computer made it where I could use Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

 

I have the same problem. I have used windows 10 for 3 days without any problem, but now I cant sign inn to anny of my games.

 

Why is there no selution for this problem? 3 days now. I cant log in to any of my games.

 

I can login to my Microsoft Xbox (Solitaire, Mahjong etc. ) games on my Windows 8.1 Surface Tablet - BUT On NONE of my windows 10 devices. Both tablets and PCs ..... Treasure hunt, however hasn't been working for weeks on any device.

 

The following should prove useful for troubleshooting; on my tablet the Microsoft solitaire collection - version 2.7.1508.1402 / on my PC its 3.0.4031.0 and shows 'BETA' it doesn't even login my statistics from the collection currently on my tablet with
same gamer tag. I have to uninstall this version daily and force a reinstall, which loads the 3.3.9211 - syncs data and i can at least play daily challenge - feel free to private message me if you wish to troubleshoot more.

 

I had this problem happen today. Simply restarting Windows 10, and then running the Xbox app solved it.

There was a privacy update information I had to agree to open on launch, and it was able to log in fine afterward.

 

I'm having the same error code 0x87DD000E for solitaire but not for any of the others. So where do we go to fix this problem.

Sorry about the trouble you're having with starting the Solitaire app. A few steps to try to clear this up:

- Uninstall the app from your Windows 10 device

- Restart your Windows 10 device

- Re-download the app

- Attempting signing back into Xbox Live with app
