Discus and support Microsoft Solitaire Collection "World Tour Event" in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I play Microsoft Solitaire Collection thru Windows 10 on my PC, today I had an issue that I've never encountered before, can you help ?     Microsoft Solitaire Collection "World Tour Event"


    I play Microsoft Solitaire Collection thru Windows 10 on my PC, today I had an issue that I've never encountered before, can you help ?

    I logged in today at about 0930 am after working for 2 hours, I normally don't work mornings and kept dosing off. So I logged out and shut down my PC only to find out when I logged back in shortly after 1800 hours, the Leaderboards says I was logged in over
    9 hours. How is this possible when my PC was totally shut down all day into the evening.

    Solitaire World Tour Events

    I've just purchased a new laptop. It was preloaded with Microsoft Solitaire Collection, however I no longer have the World Tour Events option. Can you let me know how to add the World Tour??

    Not able to connect to internet

    I just contacted Microsoft support and the techie helped me solve my problem with the following steps:

    1. Press Windows button + R on your keyboard


    2. On the run box type MSRESET

    3. Wait for it to show Microsoft Store


    4. Then close everything and restart your computer


    I am now able to play the Solitaire World Tour Event in Microsoft Solitaire Collection!

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection World Events

    Same here. This is frustrating. It has been happening since Feb 8th. You play the first game, and it shows *loading* (but apparently does save the results from that 1 game) and then freezes and shuts the app down. The day after the event is over, your
    results show up as completing 1 game. Someone said to defrag the drive, restart computer and it works ... NO IT DOESN'T! Don't understand why you can play the daily challenges with no problem, but not the events. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS?
