    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Won't load


    microsoft solitaire collection will not load. says go to store. store says reinstall. trying for 2 days. Had local computer expert try. We are stumped. No help on microsoft site, x-box site, microsoft facebook, or anywhere else I could find. Not to
    say there are not help areas at these sites, just no help with current problem.

    Any suggestions

    Games will not load?

    When I clik on the Microsoft Solitaire Collection it flashes on the screen then nothing? it won't load the games?

    Why can't I play Pyramid?
