    Microsoft solitaire collection will not signe me in?


    When I try to play the solitaire collection it will not let me login - I have restarted the computer (chromebook) uninstalled and re-installed the application - It happened once berfore but resolved itself after a long chat from microsoft.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on how to sign out of the Microsoft Solitaire collection. To do this all you need to do is sign out of the Xbox companion app. This will automatically sign you out of the Microsoft solitaire Collection.

    I appreciate your suggestion but it is difficult to explain why some days I have no problem at all and on other days un-installing and starting again is the only thing that works.

    Today for instance I have no problem with the game logging me in immediately, literally withing a few seconds.

    I think I will just live with the bad days as I have tried so many suggestions that it has become easier to un-install and the re-install. Takes less than two minutes.
