Microsoft solitaire collection will not load

Discus and support Microsoft solitaire collection will not load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I play microsoft solitaire collection on a daily basis...it worked fine earlier today, now it will not load...I always play as guest..I get a spinning...     Microsoft solitaire collection will not load


    I play microsoft solitaire collection on a daily basis...it worked fine earlier today, now it will not load...I always play as guest..I get a spinning wheel saying "signing in please wait"...but it never loads...thank you for any help you can give me...

    Yesterday and today both Solitaire and Jigsaw will not come up, Get the solitaire collection main page and the jigsaw collection main page and they just stay there. I tried unloading Solitaire and then re-loading and nothing changed.
