Microsoft Solitaire Collection started me from scratch

According to me no English and only in Microsoft Solitaire collection

When I go to all apps from the start menu I do see an entry for Microsoft Solitaire Collection but it fails to open as well. When I select that app for uninstall, the uninstall fails. This install I believe failed several days ago. It's just now that I noticed
the listing Microsoft Solitaire Collection above the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Preview.

Any further thoughts? My first reaction would be to try a dirty uninstall via Regedit. Of course not preferred.

I don't know if there is a moderator for this messageboard but after still no answer I try it again.

I do have some progress now I can log in XBox , and thru that I can start Microsoft Solitaire collection.

First I see the green XBox screen with my progress in Microsoft Solitaire collection 90% of the whole game.

Than start the game from inside XBox, the blue screen appears with the cards and in the right corner above it says it has to connect to XBox (while I start the game from inside the XBox screen) the pointy circle starts and then stands still, A few seconds
later everything is gone, no warning, no numbers, nothing just the game Microsoft Solitaire collection is gone.

I can start over but everything I do an already did, from removing the game and reinstall it reset to a week ago when everything worked right, searcht and installed the Windows 10 updates even there where none.

I am so far in this addictive game, I hate to start over in my other account which works by the way without a XBox connection, yes I can play Microsoft Solitaire collection, but its just not the same.

Please answer, ask me questions about what I already did or at least give me an answer

Me too. I want play the games from MICROSOFT Solitaire Collection but now i can't play the game.
