    Xbox Live Gold:

    "I thought by purchasing this version of Xbox that it would automatically contain the proper drivers/perameters to help make my purchased Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium work, on my newly purchased laptop. I keep getting the message code 1170000 (when
    I make attempts to SIGN IN) and refers to my XBox Live program. By mistake, I ORDERED and PAID (ONLINE) for Xbox Live Gold..."TWICE" (BECAUSE I THOUGHT I SCREWED UP THE ACCESS CODE) and THE RESULTS WERE, "I STILL have the same problem as I started with..."
    This was far too much of a hassel at this point, so I CANCELLED the Auto renewal and am now planning to UNINSTALL/DELETE XBox and Solitaire COMPLETELY from my computer ( it cost me $70.00 to find this out)" So I'll accept my losses and just "GO"... Believe
    me when I say that this whole situation was FRUSTRATING FROM START TO FINISH.. and I WILL NOT be wasting any more time and money...I guess I'm the type of person to LEARN THE HARD WAY, BUT ONCE I LEARN - I DON'T FORGET...

    Note: I have been playing the online version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection - Premium edition, for over 2 years now and have had no serious problems at all...as a matter of fact...I REALLY ENJOYED IT AS A GOOD CHALLENGE AND FUN...
    however, I just got a new laptop and for the above mentioned reason I CANNOT GET THIS SOLITAIRE TO WORK AND I was still paying a monthly subscription for the PREMIUM EDITION of Solitaire Collection.

    Android Microsoft Solitaire Collection Sign In Issues

    When I start the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app on my Samsung Galaxy S7, it won't let me sign into xbox live, and gives me the error code 1170000.

    When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

    Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

    XBox Live signed me out - and I can't play Solitaire Premium

    I have a Premium Solitaire account.

    When I try to sign in to my Solitaire collection - I get this message:

    You were signed out of Xbox Live from outside Microsoft Solitaire Collection. We need to return you to the main menu to sign in again.

    Then I get:

    Sign In Error

    We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ and refer to error code: 1170000.

    I have tried everything they have recommended. Is there anything else going on? At one time I got an error that my Premium has run out - but there was no where I can update or pay, and now that doesn't every come up.

    Anyone have any ideas?
    Hi Always go to Xbox Servers to see if they are down. A lot of times Microsoft will sign u out automatically it has happened to me even when I am playing games. It is because live servers went offline for numerous reasons because of maintenance or etc other
    reasons.

    Getting Error Code 1170000 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection on PC?

    Manage to resolve the sign in error after re-register the app:

    Get-AppxPackage -allusers *MicrosoftSolitaireCollection* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
