    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    I imagine it would, as long as you are signed in with the same account on both devices and the iPhone app supports it, however I am not 100% sure on this, perhaps you could find your answer over on the

    Microsoft Casual games site     though.
