    Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Windows 10 - challenges completed, but don't save


    This has happened to me twice now, and it's getting irritating. Every morning, I log in and play the Solitaire challenges. I am always signed into Xbox live before I do anything. Twice now, I've completed a challenge, gotten the "complete" pop up box, tapped
    the "collect reward" button only to be taken back to the challenges main screen, watch it appear to give me coins for the complete challenge, but no ribbon shows over the challenge and the count of completed challenges for the month does not advance. The first
    time it happened, I thought perhaps I'd misread the pop up box, even though it was a score-based challenge and I knew I'd gotten a high enough score to complete the challenge. The second time it happened (this morning's tri-peaks), I was certain I'd seen the
    "complete" message and watched the little coin animation, but noticed that no ribbon appeared. When I counted the number of completed challenges it was showing, I realized it wasn't counting the one I'd just completed. If I re-do the challenge (in both cases
    this worked), it will then give me the coins AND record that it was completed. Why am I having to do these challenges twice? It's particularly frustrating when the challenge was a difficult one only to have to do it all over again.

    In neither case was I informed that my connection to Xbox live was lost. Is there anything I can do about this? My device is a brand new Microsoft Surface Book.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection Windows 10 - 'Strive for Perfection' Achievement not unlocking

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Windows 10, I have completed all the daily challenges for February, it says 145/145 on the daily challenge section, however on the achievement list under the 'Strive for Perfection' achievement, it only says 144/145! Contact

    Star Club Achievements not being recorded

    I'm playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Windows 10. I completed a full pack, and even a complete collection, but my achievement screen still shows no "star" or "superstar" achievements. What's going on?

    Please help!

    With the Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud. This means you can sign in on any Windows 10 device and pick up right where you left off. The cloud even saves your progress on challenges and
    achievements.

    If you're also using a Windows 8 or 8.1 device, your progress is automatically saved to the cloud as well, and you can keep earning achievements and completing challenges between other Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows 10 devices.

    Note Any achievements and challenges that you complete on your Windows 10 device will not be available on your Windows 8 or 8.1 devices. The Windows 10 version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection contains new features and challenges that aren't
    available in previous versions of the game.
