Microsoft Solitaire Collection not functioning after Microsoft Windows 10 Update

It's been a week or so since the update and I would have thought MS would have realized the error in the coding for the update of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. While playing, the game - at times - goes to a black screen. Other times, the game loads
and fails to play, forcing me to stop the game.

Whether in the Challenges or playing the game outside of the Daily Challenge, the same functionality happens. There are no error messages.

I've tried to go through the chat, but after signing in I'm met with a window mandating my first and last name. But, both fields are greyed-out and impossible to select, input, or do anything. I click on the "Chat" button and am met with the error that I
need to fill in my first and last name....which I can't because they are greyed-out.

After becoming frustrated with both the games not functioning properly (keeping me from being able to play the daily challenges), and being sent in a circle to get assistance, I'm left with posting here because...that's where Microsoft took me to post.

I also posted on another board the day after the Microsoft update when I initially found the problem. It's obvious that the coding is not correct because everything was working 100% before the update. The games have obvious updates to the overall look. When
playing, the games do not function smoothly. Of course that's only if I can get the game to function in the first place. I've given up on attempting to play the daily challenges until there is a "fix".

I can't play tripeaks game on the microsoft solitaire collection,after the latest windows 10 update,i've already unninstaled the game and reinstall and still nothing

Since latest Microsoft update on Friday 18th May have been unable to play Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my Windows 10 laptop
